urbandevI was told to contact you in regards to a position on the police force for Reno. While he has never worked directly for me, several years of personal as well as professional acquaintance qualify me to remark on his skills as an employee.
Reno's strongest quality is his remarkable dedication. While he will not hesitate to offer his opinion on tasks set to him, he will always fulfill his duties to the best of his ability. He is efficient and absolutely single-minded in pursuing his goals. Your organization will profit immeasurably if you can harness that focus and devotion.
Additionally, Reno is a skilled combatant. He possesses tremendous skill in unarmed combat, with firearms, and using his EMR. Reno is also graced with great agility, speed, and stamina. This, combined with his keen intuition and observational skills, make him excellent in investigative roles.
To be entirely honest with you, I must address his personality deficits. Reno can be exceptionally difficult to work with. He is brash, noisy, and opinionated. While he will follow orders, he will rarely do so unquestioningly. And his curiosity, while beneficial during investigations, makes him unbearably nosy in most other situations.
Despite his rampant personality flaws, I believe Reno's unparalleled skills and dedication would make him a strong addition to the police force. He has the skills and experience to make him an excellent employee, and I feel the City's citizens would be lucky to have him as a protector.
