It seems the curses are coming more slowly, this month. Not a complaint, by any means, just an observation. Still, it makes you wonder what's in store for tomorrow.

She paused, leaning her head back enough to kiss his cheek.

"Because I say it's not?"

He tilted her chin towards him, catching the kiss on his lips and returning it softly.

"What about afterwords?" It's not like they can have a proper honeymoon, but he's sure Niko will give them some time off.

"What do you mean?"

Her eyes were locked on him now.

He smiled, brushing his knuckles down her cheek.

"I believe there's a time just after the ceremony we're supposed to spend locked away in our bedroom, making love for hours on end. Which I'm not sure is all that different from our normal weekends, but tradition demands."

He regrets that he can't take her on a real honeymoon, somewhere far away and exotic. But he'll settle for what they can have.

She turned her head to kiss across his knuckles.

"I think we're already doing that. I can't seem to help myself."

He smiled, pulling her closer to her him an kissing her softly.

"I'd like you to have something special, lover. You deserve it."

He laughed, kissing her again.

"Something more special, then."

"Well, maybe we can take some time off and just... hang out on the beach or something."

He laughed slightly, sliding her around to straddle his lap and pressing a kiss to her throat.

"But out on the beach I can't make love to you for hours on end, as previously discussed."

He likes the idea, though.

She murmured happily, head tilting back a little.

"I don't know about that. There's a cove I go to when I want to have some privacy when I do my forms. It's all kinds of secluded and absolutely beautiful."

He purred a little, nuzzling the skin and breathing in her sent deeply.

"It's astounding this place has no hotels. Maybe we could find a place on the water and take a break for a few days. Make a mini-vacation out of it."

That idea, he really, really likes.

Granted, she wouldn't mind taking a little break before then, but it'd be best to save something like that for a honeymoon.

He pressed their lips together softly, stroking through her hair.

"We should do something for ourselves before then. Maybe once we have the new apartment together... Hole up for a weekend?"

As usual, his kiss sparked something low in her but she let the kiss stay soft and gentle.

"I'd really like that. Just... us. Somewhere quiet and different."

He smiled, sliding his arms around her an holding her tighter.

"Just a weekend, maybe? We'll ask Niko for the time off."

She wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Dunno if he'll go for that. We're busy on weekends.
